Getting started
From your application to your first referrals
Agree how you will take part, then use your personal link to refer travel enquiries to WST.
1. Application and discussion
Tell us about yourself, your audience and the format you have in mind. Choose a reward model together with your manager.
2. Personal link and account
Once your application is approved, you will receive a sign-in email. Your account will contain your referral code, personal link and QR code.
3. Referrals and results
Share your link with travellers, track your rewards and use available WST points towards agreed payments for future journeys.

Can I take part without my own group?
Yes. You can start by referring individual clients. To organise your own departure, discuss the theme and audience with the team.
I want to organise my own themed journey. Where do I start?
Select the option for launching your own group in the application and describe your idea. The Partners page outlines the ways to work together; terms for a joint project are agreed separately.
My sign-in email has not arrived. What should I do?
Check the email address and your spam folder. If the email is missing, tell your manager the address used in your application. You do not need to register again.
